Our policy is 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products intended for private or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that can not be returned:

To return, you must give us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with clear signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette or vinyl opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing certain parts for reasons that are not due to a fault on our part.
* Any item that will be returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or no refund (if applicable)
If you have not received the refund yet, you will need to check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes time to process your refund before sending the refund.

Only items with normal price can be refunded. Unfortunately the goods are not refundable.

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor preferred to collect the item first and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the donor and they will know that you returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a return is received, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the return.
